New Map Request

Changes have been made to this form. The map has been updated, and the project area is now limited by the full polygon outline. That outline must be 4 miles or less. Please review the instructions below before you submit.

How to use the map request form:

Search for an address, city, or coordinates, or pan and zoom the map to your project area.
Click Draw area, then click the map to place each corner.
The full outline of the polygon must be 4 miles or less, including the side that closes the shape. The length shown at the lower-left turns green when the outline is within 4 miles and red when the next point would make it too long.
Close the area with Finish, a double-click, or a click on the first point. Lines that cross are not accepted.
Use Edit points to drag corners, or Delete to start over. A closed area is required before you can submit.
Use your corporate email address. Free email domains are not accepted.
Allowed uploads: PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, KMZ, KML, GeoJSON, DWG (150MB or less each).
